Exclusion and captivity as well as lives and futures which have been marginalised are all recurring themes in Raed Bawayah’s work, which through different black and white series continuously explores the lot of the human being.

For this new exhibition, Jin Bo opens a door, in line with his previous work, based on a reflection where the disambiguation of the subjects is interwoven with an impressionist setting. By experimenting with the different ways of perceiving the world around him, the artist has opted for a perspective where hyperrealism is mixed with fuzziness.

Using the stage structure as a template, musician and artist Susan Stenger will produce a ‘score’ inspired by the gallery’s space and temporarily in order to create a personal sonic anthology. Using four separate playback systems, she’ll remix her past, present and future by building up sound strata from a wide range of key influences.

The body of work drawn by Vincent Broquaire expresses relationships between nature and new technologies, at the center of which Man imposes himself as the great decision maker and manipulator.
Landscape plays a driving role in his work, it is considered as a technical construction that Man transforms according to his needs and whims.

Almost thirty works are presented at Galerie Chantal Crousel and at La Douane to demonstrate the quasi syntactic way the artist works, the various perceptions, the coexistences of different dimensions (scientific, political, social) that have always undergirded his approach and that reflect, our own rapport with the contemporary, global and dematerialized world.

The gallery in Situ presents for the first time the work of Dominique Zinkpè. In practice, the Beninese artist seeks to give substance to his spiritual states, allowing his “demons” to contaminate every surface within his field of vision. Throughout the exhibition the walls of the gallery will be subject to this contamination in situ.

The Marine Veilleux gallery is uniting for the first time since its opening the artists that it represents. ‘#1. Poros’ inaugurates a cycle of open meetings which unveil, from the artists’ perspective, the links and gaps between each artist’s methods and reveals the gallery’s identity from a subjective and fragmentary point of view.
